I saw normally there are several ratios that should be kept in mind.
For noodle, it is said to be 3.5:1.
Or 500g wheat powder to 300g water, that is 5:3.
Or just use 3:1.
For bread it is 2.5:1.
For pan cake or oil stick, it is 2:1.
These ratios are different so the mixture is just the right density.
