tI am having more and more projects deployed here and there, different kinds, in different programming languages, I felt it hard to operate locally when my projects are so scattered here and there.

I want to create a small project for navigation.

The project is unlike those navigation portals, it has a better interface here.

So, I have created the UI like the pic. I am going to plan on data modeling and coding...

It will not take much time, 

why I am not using browser synced favorites? becuase I use different laptops or desktops very frequently...
