Happy Dragon Boat Festival!

The Dragon Boat Festival is a very important day for Chinese people, which is to memorize the great  Chinese poet Qu Yuan. On this very special day, it is the tradition to have rice dumplings which is a really tasty food in China, all the different content of different type of rice dumplings differ by the location and by the cook, we should remember the great spirit and personality of Qu Yuan who has set up a great model for people in the world for thousands of years, and for the vocation, enjoy it and be happy!
